WHO IS YOUR REAL ESTATE AGENT WORKING FOR?

DO YOU KNOW WHO YOUR AGENT IS WORKING FOR?

New York State Law requires a licensed real estate agent to Disclose who they are working for BEFORE any substantial contact. A written explanation, to be signed by a prospective buyer or seller of real estate explaining to the client/customer the role that the broker plays in the transaction. The purpose of disclosure is to explain whether the broker represents the buyer or seller or is a dual agent (representing both) or a subagent (an agent of the seller’s broker). This allows the customer to understand to which party the broker owes loyalty.

Left message over the weekend--web page updated with fall decorations, yet no replies. Have inquired about 760 Kringsbush Rd. When was last time someone lived in it--how bad and how many fires--heated previous winters? Have looked in side---pathetic..esp. foam around inside chimney!! House not worth much of anything. How low will they go!!
