Since September 1, 1993, when Licensed Real Estate Broker Milt Krutz established an office in Canajoharie, in the heart of the Mohawk Valley, Krutz Properties has grown and prospered.

With several licensed sales agents out in the field, the home office is open full time, 8 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. We're even open on most holidays or anytime by appointment- it's your call!
